Orange and blue handmade, handpainted snake

A snake made from a tree branch.

I selected the branch for its curves, sawed off the nuts and smaller side branches, carved the head and the tail, and sanded the branch.

After the branch was prepared and sanded smooth, I painted it with acrylic paint and sprayed it with clear protective coating.
